⏱️ 3-Step Quick Replacement (No Oil Drain Required):
Operate on COLD ENGINE CONDITION.
Loosen old sensor counterclockwise (Torque ≤ 30 N·m).
⚠️ CRITICAL! Use a magnetic retrieval tool to extract residual metal debris (80% failures caused by debris).
Wrap 1.5 turns of PTFE sealant tape (included) on threads.
Tighten clockwise to 25±3 N·m (➔ EXCEEDING TORQUE DAMAGES SENSOR!).
Red wire → 24V+
Black wire → GND
Yellow wire → ECU signal terminal (Pin #32)
Post-Install Test:
Start engine and measure signal voltage:
Normal: ≈0.5V @ idle (Oil pressure >0.3 MPa)
DANGER: <0.2V → STOP ENGINE IMMEDIATELY! (Oil passage blockage suspected)
Sealant Tip: Apply PTFE tape clockwise to prevent unraveling during installation.
Torque Sequence:
Finger-tighten → 15 N·m → Final torque 25 N·m (use crisscross pattern).
Signal Validation:
0.15 MPa = 0.2V (alarm trigger point)
0.50 MPa = 1.8V
10.0 MPa = 4.5V
