Locate and disconnect electrical connector from old sensor
Use appropriate wrench to unscrew old sensor
Clean threads in engine block sensor port
Install new COGENG sensor with integrated copper washer
Hand-tighten, then torque to 10-15 Nm
Reconnect electrical connector securely
Start engine and check for oil leaks
Verify proper gauge operation
