Disconnect electrical connector from existing sensor
Remove old sensor using appropriate wrench
Clean threads in engine block mounting port
Install new COGENG sensor with integrated copper washer
Hand-tighten followed by torque to 12-15 Nm
Reconnect electrical connector securely
Start engine and inspect for oil leaks
Verify proper gauge/warning light operation
