Completely depressurize hydraulic system before installation
Disconnect battery and main power sources
Clean work area thoroughly to prevent contamination
Use appropriate personal protective equipment
System Preparation:
Relieve all hydraulic system pressure
Clean valve and connection areas thoroughly
Disconnect electrical connector
Valve Replacement:
Remove old valve using proper tools
Install new seals lubricated with clean hydraulic fluid
Mount new COGENG solenoid valve
Torque fasteners to specification (18-22 Nm)
System Verification:
Reconnect electrical connector
Pressurize system and check for leaks
Test valve operation through full cycle
